The item(s) you are purchasing are too large, heavy or fragile to ship via our normal freight service. Our White Glove service is a premium delivery service offering:

• Delivery time: Once the item is ready to ship, you will be contacted by our delivery team to arrange delivery date and AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) delivery window
• Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up to two flights of stairs from the building threshold (goods can be delivered higher than two flights only if there is a lift that has sufficient access and space to fit them in).
• Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all outer packaging


If you live outside the delivery area, unfortunately at this time we do not have an alternate shipping method. We are working hard to find an alternate delivery service.

Restrictions You are responsible for ensuring sufficient space and access at the delivery location to complete the delivery. If we assess that attempting to complete delivery inside your premises is likely to cause damage to goods or property, or pose a risk to the health and safety of our delivery persons, we reserve the right to refuse and offer alternate arrangements to execute delivery in a safe manner. You may accept the delivery in spite of such concern (excluding health and safety concerns), provided that Wayfair will not be under any liability in respect of any loss or damage which may arise in respect of the service supplied by the delivery provider as a consequence of attempting such delivery on your instructions. Alternatively, you may instruct the delivery provider to return the goods to Wayfair.
